Linen is one of the oldest and strongest fibers in the world, dating back to Neolithic times. This lustrous multicolor pattern would have appealed to Cleopatra, known to have adorned herself in fine linen tunics embroidered with silver or gold. The matte, yarn-dyed linen/cotton blend gets added depth from metallic polyester yarns.
