RAMPART® Fiber — Sustainable, High-Performance Wall Protection

RAMPART Fiber, which is USDA Certified Biobased (79%) and offers low carbon impact with high performance, is an innovative addition to our RAMPART® wall protection line. Available as sheet goods, it features a refined woodgrain appearance with a uniform grain. RAMPART Fiber is a highly sustainable option for high traffic interiors and a less costly alternative to wood veneer wallcoverings.

Rapidly Renewable & Sustainable Wall Protection

RAMPART Fiber is largely composed of flax fibers. Flax is a rapidly renewable crop that grows from seed to harvest in only 90 days.
Flax uses significantly less water than other textile-producing crops, is less pesticide-dependent, and sequesters carbon as it grows.
These flax fibers combine with a plant-based resin to create a durable, beautiful, biobased veneer, which is then backed with plant-derived cellulose; its content is 79% biobased.
RAMPART Fiber is a USDA Certified Biobased Product.

RAMPART Fiber is USDA Certified Biobased compliant and Intertek Clean Air Gold certified. This sustainable product is Declare LBC Red List Free, PFAS free, and listed in the Mindful Materials library. RAMPART Fiber is Made in the USA & BABA compliant, and has both an HPD and EPD available.

: Meets ASTM C1629 standards for hard body impact testing that withstands strikes from baggage carts, medical equipment, and high-traffic abuse.
: At 27 oz./linear yard, stronger than steel by weight.
: Surfaces withstand staining from olive oil, yellow mustard, household bleach, grape juice, and other common staining agents (ASTM D1308).
: Excels in scrubbability, hard body impact, cleanability,and breaking strength.
: Tested for cleaning with diluted bleach, denatured alcohol, and other cleaning agents.
