Overpass II Reinvigorates a Beloved Woven Upholstery

Wolf-Gordon’s clas­sic woven uphol­stery tex­tile, Over­pass, is back and bet­ter than ever. Over­pass II revi­tal­izes the pop­u­lar geo­met­ric pat­tern with improved per­for­mance and increased sus­tain­abil­i­ty fea­tures. The play­ful design of tri­an­gles, par­al­lel­o­grams, and trape­zoids now comes in an updat­ed col­or palette.

Pale laven­ders and deep maroons are accent­ed by clean grays in ​“Con­cord,” while a har­mo­nious range of blues comes togeth­er in ​“Indi­go.” ​“Lava” is a fiery blend of vibrant reds, oranges, and vio­lets, and ​“Ink” offers a high-con­trast black and white com­bi­na­tion. These new col­or­ways, along­side options reflec­tive of the orig­i­nal Over­pass, expand the ver­sa­tile col­or line with options per­fect for learn­ing, hos­pi­tal­i­ty, or work­place interiors.

Over­pass II fea­tures a rich­er, more dimen­sion­al con­struc­tion and lux­u­ri­ous hand than the orig­i­nal tex­tile. An ide­al choice for heavy-use seat­ing appli­ca­tions, it achieved 100,000 dou­ble rubs on the Wyzen­beek abra­sion test and fea­tures a PFAS-free stain- and spill-resis­tant treat­ment. Over­pass II also deliv­ers a sig­nif­i­cant sus­tain­abil­i­ty upgrade, con­tain­ing 78% post-con­sumer recy­cled polyester.
